1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 394 platform (including the website and all related services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the 394 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
- Use of the platform is for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of 394 services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree not to create an account using a false identity or by impersonating another person.
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
- You are solely responsible for the security of your account password.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Any suspicious activity on your account should be reported to 394 immediately at [email protected].
- The 394 platform reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time for security purposes.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Users of the 394 platform agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, harm other users, or violate applicable laws. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Using software, bots, or automated methods to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the platform's systems.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful activity.
- Making false claims or misrepresentations that could mislead other users.
Violations of any of these rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, balance freezing, and legal proceedings where applicable.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 394 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go, Boost, and other local bank transfers.
Deposits made into your account are strictly for the purpose of using platform services. 394 reserves the right to:
- Setting minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals.
- Identity verification is required before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain amount.
- Temporarily suspending the processing of transactions suspected to be fraudulent or unauthorised while an investigation is conducted.
- Declining or reversing transactions that are in breach of these terms.
Withdrawals will be processed within the specified timeframe depending on the method selected. 394 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
The 394 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or meet every user's needs at all times.
In no event shall 394's total liability to any user exceed the amount paid by that user to the platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension and Closure
394 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any term set out in this document.
- Activities suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation.
- Requests from relevant legal authorities.
- Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period in accordance with the platform's current policy.
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited subject to 394's final determination.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 394 platform — including text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, and software code — is the property of 394 or our licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The 394 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
394 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated via the platform or your registered email. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
